Maintain and update CRM records and Sales Tracker daily : leads, stages, advisor status, and sourcesGenerate weekly sales performance reports : visits, offers sent, closures, and pipeline forecastsHelp structure and send offer letters, agreement kits, and closing summariesTrack buyer follow-ups, token stages, payment linkages, and documentation progressCoordinate with Legal for agreement issuance and signature logsWork with Finance to ensure real-time payment milestone updatesBuild and maintain campaign-level insights : source ROI, lead aging, and agent performanceSupport future CRM system rollout, migration, user testing, and team training IdealCandidate Profile :
