Graduation in any discipline Post-Graduation in HR or psychology is preferred
3-6 years of experience in HR business partner or HR Operations role preferably in a BPO environment
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & regulations Talent Management Hiring specifics performance and wellbeing initiatives
Should be able to work independently and take end to end accountability for employee lifecycle
Effective stakeholder management relationship-building and consulting expertise
Excellent in written and spoken English
Strong data management and presentation skills
Strong understanding of market intelligence Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Available to work from office based in Andheri East Mumbai
