Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

V2Soft is focused on continual growth of its EDI customer base and trading partner integrations. A role is available for a dedicated individual with strong experience in EDI and ERP workflows and configurations to support the current EDI infrastructure. The successful candidate will be part of an established and successful EDI team and will support the business to achieve technical and functional goals. The role involves working with internal and external teams to onboard and support trading relationships in line with the business growth and opportunities. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in the accuracy and timeliness of executing global onboarding projects, including carrying out development, testing, code promotion and documentation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

Participate in requirements gathering, work with team members using a variety of collaboration platforms to configure, test and maintain solutions using webMethods and JDE. Provide high quality end user support for existing systems. Share knowledge with team members to ensure continuity of service.

Key Working Relationships :

Line manager – Head of Development & Integrations

Team – Application Dev / EDI / Support / Network Support / Project Manager / Consultants

End Users – Operations, Finance, Sales, External partners

Systems Experience :

• EDI – webMethods
• ERP - JD Edwards, particularly EDI tables, customer maintenance, item maintenance, cross references, warehousing.
• MS Office, Teams.
• Any additional skills beneficial e.g. PkMS, X12, XML, APIs, CRM, Infor, EDIFACT.
