About the Role

Hyper Stealth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager , who will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations of Hyper Stealth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This includes fundraising, budget preparation, financial planning, data analysis, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance . The role requires a strategic finance professional who can provide actionable insights, ensure sound financial governance, and support the leadership team in driving growth.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with proven experience in fundraising, due diligence, investor relations, strategic planning, and financial operations in a fast-growing start-up environment .

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Investor Relations

Lead fundraising efforts through equity, debt, grants, or strategic partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.

Prepare investor pitch decks, financial models, and supporting documentation.

Manage investor communication, reporting, and stakeholder confidence.

2. Due Diligence & Compliance

Oversee financial due diligence during fundraising, M&A, or audits.

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, FEMA, GST, and other statutory requirements .

Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance teams.

Implement internal controls and governance processes.

3. Financial Planning & Strategy

Develop and maintain long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis .

Support management in strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and risk assessment.

Monitor key financial KPIs to measure performance and scalability.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Manage working capital, liquidity, and fund utilization.

Optimize cash flow for operations and investments.

Negotiate banking facilities, credit lines, and vendor financing.

5. Accounting & Reporting

Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Present MIS reports and financial dashboards to management.

Qualifications & Experience

CA preferred .

At least 2- 3 years in a managerial / lead role in a start-up or high-growth environment.

Strong track record in fundraising (equity / debt) and managing investor relations.

Experience handling due diligence, statutory compliance, and financial audits .

Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and analytics.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks .

Tech-savvy with experience in Busy / financial management systems.
