Role Overview :

U.S.-based foundational LLM company is hiring Python Developers to support them working on next-generation AI models. Your work will directly influence how these models are trained, evaluated, and refined.

This role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

What You'll Do :

• Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
• Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
• Run Evals to measure and compare model performance.
• Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
• Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
• Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.
