We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to design, configure, and implement end-to-end finance and logistics solutions in the SAP ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have deep experience across SAP FICO (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Fixed Assets) with working knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules, as well as proven hands-on experience in SQL coding, data migration, and data modeling. This role requires strong business process knowledge (P2P, O2C) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust ERP Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions across AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support and optimize end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes within SAP.
• Collaborate with MM and SD consultants for integration touchpoints (inventory management, billing, procurement, and sales).
• Perform data modeling, data migration, and data validation for finance-related objects (vendor master, customer master, GL balances, fixed assets).
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and defect resolution in collaboration with business users.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and provide ongoing production support.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal controls while delivering finance solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer across Skills & Qualifications :
• 7-10 years of SAP ERP experience with expertise in SAP FICO.
• Strong functional knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory Accounting, and Asset Accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and SD integration points with FICO.
• Hands-on experience with SQL coding, data modeling, and data migration methodologies.
• Proven understanding of P2P and O2C business processes.
• Ability to design end-to-end finance solutions and integrate them within the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation Skills :
• Experience in S / 4HANA Finance (SAP Simple Finance) migrations or Knowledge of Fiori apps related to Finance.
• Exposure to SAP BW / BI, BPC, or Treasury modules.
• SAP certification in FICO or S / 4HANA Finance.
• Experience with Agile / DevOps methodologies and tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Solution Manager).
