Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - Digital Services , located in Zirakpur, Mohali district. The Senior Manager will lead and oversee product management, service delivery, and project execution to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives. Responsibilities include creating strategies to optimize operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and analyzing data to improve services. The role will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients to align objectives and achieve desired results.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, evaluate strategies, and drive data-driven decision-making
• Previous experience in Dig Marketing Agencies with international clients
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of SEO, AI SEO, SEM, ecommerce concepts - Execution to strategy level
• Service Delivery expertise to ensure high-quality outputs and maintain client satisfaction
• Proficiency in Project Management for planning, executing, and completing projects within deadlines
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor and guide team members
• Familiarity with digital marketing or technology solutions is a plus
