Job description

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Talent Planning & Hiring Strategy

  • Understand talent needs across business verticals in alignment with strategic workforce planning.
  • Design and implement efficient recruitment plans to fulfill current and future hiring needs.

2. Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source high-quality talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment partners.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline across functions including engineering, EPC, manufacturing, business development, and support roles.
  • 3. Screening, Interviewing & Evaluation

  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate structured interview processes with hiring
  • managers.
  • Ensure technical and cultural fit assessments are standardized and consistent.
  • 4. Offer Management & Salary Negotiation

  • Manage end-to-end offer process including compensation benchmarking and negotiations.
  • Ensure internal parity and alignment with framework.
  • 5. Recruitment Process Optimization

  • Track and reduce TAT for open positions with clear SLAs.
  • Maintain detailed recruitment trackers and dashboards with weekly reporting to leadership.
  • 6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Drive employer brand by ensuring positive candidate experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and digital campaigns.
  • 7. HR Coordination & Dashboard Management

  • Collaborate closely with the HR operations team to maintain real-time hiring dashboards and recruitment MIS.
  • Contribute to monthly AOP (Annual Operating Plan) reviews by supplying accurate talent acquisition data and reports.
  • Support HR analytics initiatives with insights on sourcing efficiency, TAT, and offer-to-join ratios.
  • 8. Site HR Coordination & Welfare

  • Coordinate with project site teams, especially for solar project sites, to ensure availability and welfare of deployed manpower.
  • Ensure smooth arrangement of accommodations, food, portacabins, transport (cars), and basic amenities for site-based staff.
  • Liaise with admin and operations teams to address logistical needs of field HR activities.
  • Job Responsibili0es-

  • Partner with business and HR leadership to identify hiring priorities and workforce gaps.
  • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across appropriate channels.
  • Shortlist, screen, and schedule candidates with functional teams.
  • Facilitate interview coordination, feedback collection, and decision finalization.
  • Negotiate salary, draft offers, and release appointment letters post-approval.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and HR operations teams for seamless post-offer engagement.
  • Maintain and update applicant data, status reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy of reports shared with leadership and support internal audits and reviews.
  • Visit project sites as needed to audit or support HR presence and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and support HR infrastructure in remote project locations.
  • Have to extend support in office administra0on ac0vi0es like , Travel booking, office maintenance, Guest house management and other du0es as and when necessary.
  • Job Requirements

  • Proven success in managing multiple roles and stakeholders independently.
  • Experience with AOP planning, dashboard management, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, HRMS tools, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience handling remote project sites, welfare coordination, and logistics support preferred.
  • Qualifica0ons-

  • (If possible) Bachelors / PGDM in HR or related field from a reputed institution.
  • 35 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the power, energy, or new and renewable energy sector.
  • Strong industry knowledge of talent trends and hiring challenges specific to energy & infrastructure companies.
