Job descriptionCreative Contribution- Share new ideas, design inspirations, and creative inputs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience. Trend & Market Research- Conduct research on global and local menswear trends, market activity, and competitor brands to contribute to the seasonal direction. Tech Pack Preparation- Assist in preparing clear and accurate tech packs with all necessary specifications for menswear samples and production. Cross-functional Collaboration- Coordinate with sourcing, category, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and brand alignment. Timeline Management- Complete tasks within designated timelines, supporting the smooth functioning of the seasonal calendar. Ownership & Passion- Take responsibility for assigned tasks, demonstrate passion for menswear, and proactively contribute to team success. Team Collaboration- Be an enthusiastic and reliable team player, open to feedback and willing to support wherever needed.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Fashion Designer will collaborate with the design team to create new designs, techpacks, and provide support in the production process. They will also conduct research on current fashion trends, coordinate with suppliers, and contribute to the development of samples.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and excel.
- Experience in making tech packs and understanding the sampling process.
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
- A degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
