Job Description : UiPath Developer (UiPath to Power Automate Conversion Project)

Role : UiPath Developer

No. of Positions : 2

Location : Bangalore (HSR Layout) / Hyderabad (Remote working, but candidate must be based in one of these cities)

Project Duration : 8 hours per day (160 hours per month)

Engagement Type : Contract

Project Overview

We are seeking two skilled UiPath Developers for a high-impact, short-term contract project. The primary objective is to migrate and convert existing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions from the UiPath platform to Microsoft Power Automate . This is a critical project requiring developers with deep UiPath expertise and practical experience in Power Automate to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, understand, and document existing UiPath automation processes.

Design, develop, and implement equivalent, efficient automation workflows in Microsoft Power Automate.

Ensure the converted processes maintain or improve upon the original functionality, reliability, and performance.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to validate requirements and deliverables.

Test the converted automations thoroughly to ensure accuracy and stability.

Provide documentation and knowledge transfer related to the converted solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience as a UiPath Developer, with a strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.

Direct, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop Flows and Cloud Flows).

Prior experience in migrating or converting automations from UiPath to Power Automate is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex UiPath logic into Power Automate.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced contract environment.
