We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.The Finishing Engineer | Manager will execute the works at site as per the work schedule, ensuring the highest quality standards, and timely project completion, while also prioritizing safety and efficiency.Areas of Accountability : Quality Assurance and Control : Ensure all works are executed as per our TE quality standards.Ensure that works are done right at the first time and avoid reworks.Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address any quality issues promptly.Project Planning and Scheduling : Proactively raise a request to Finishing Head for material and labour requirements.Complete the works on time and ensure necessary actions are taken to mitigate the delay, if any.Ensure required resources are planned well in advance.Work Execution, Team & Stakeholders ManagementExecute the finishing works by supervising the labour.Provide clear instructions and guidance to the workforce.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality among the team.Partner with other project stakeholders (i.E., Capability Lines, subcontractors etc.) to ensure effective completion of the finishing works.Ensure there is minimum wastage of materials.Documentation and Reporting : Raise RFI’s and maintain accurate records of all finishing-related checklists, including inspections, tests, and changes.Report progress with reporting managers and necessary with Site PMO.Safety and Compliance : Enforce safety processes / protocols to ensure that all finishing works are executed in compliance with TE safety regulations.Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.Deliverable : Ensure that all finishing works are executed as per the TE quality standards, in a safe, efficient, and effective manner within the defined completion timelines.AccountabilityEnsure that health, safety and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to.Value engineeringAdherence to Quality, time and cost of deliveryDesign and Construction Management for project level deliverablesReview all drawings for quantity takeoff and information managementCo-ordination with stakeholders for Quality, EHS ID, MEP, Facility Management, Architecture, StructureManage | responsible for team’s productivity, safety, attire as required by site, etiquetteSupervise contracted staffAdhere to quality, quantity, timeline for the projectCoordinate for any change managementFollow and execute approved method of workPrepare | Share | document shop drawings, estimates of resourcesPrepare |Share | document MIS | reports | checklists | attendanceCoordinate for all Finishing worksCertify all BillsReview and furnish quantity and technical specification for TenderingPrepare site reports and file paperworkWork allocation between the team.Requirements5-14 years of experienceDegree in Civil EngineeringKnowledge of construction of residential | commercial high rise and villasWorking knowledge of MS OfficeKnowledge of AutoCADExcellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with laborer’s, contractor’s workforceKnowledge of all related MEP services.Hands on and self-motivated person
