Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Designer - Creative, based in Pune with flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Designer will be responsible for designing graphics, maintaining consistent branding, developing visually engaging marketing materials, and assisting with web design projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating design concepts, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring all projects align with the company’s brand and strategic goals.

Qualifications

Expertise in Branding and Marketing strategies

Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, with attention to detail and creativity

Experience in Web Design, including UI / UX considerations

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience in B2B or technology-driven industry is an advantage
