Job Description :
Plans, organizes, and executes Internal events like Customer meetings, Leadership events, Halfyearly Business Reviews, Employee engagement events by managing logistics such as venue selection, vendor negotiation, and budgeting. They also handle on-site management, coordinate with stakeholders like clients and internal teams, oversee staff, and conduct post-event evaluations to ensure events are successful and meet objectives.
Key responsibilities :
Planning and logistics : Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment setup and teardown. This includes creating detailed event timetables.
- Budget management : Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events stay within financial limits while meeting quality standards.
- Vendor and stakeholder management : Negotiate contracts with vendors and serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- On-site execution : Oversee all aspects of the event on the day, including registration, on-site staff, and the overall flow of activities.
- Marketing and communication : Handle marketing and promotional activities to attract attendees and sponsors.
- Post-event evaluation : Conduct post-event analysis to gather feedback, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-solving : Troubleshoot and manage any issues that arise before, during, or after the event. Essential skills
