Prerequisites for the Job Role :

  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience in core TA / Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Excellent Communication

Job Role :

  • Talent Acquisition / Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end hiring process to select quality talent and ensure the timely recruitment of staff and workers with the required skills.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within a schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
  • Designing and managing effective Induction & training programs at different clients’ locations.
  • Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels / sources, and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fit, etc.
  • Additionally, build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping / sourcing candidates
  • Recommending new ideas and helping create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long-term growth
