Job description

Client Onboarding & Transition

Lead client onboarding using SOPs / checklists.
Ensure smooth internal handovers with complete documentation.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and deliver MIS / ad-hoc reports.

Maintain accurate records of COGS, sales, and payroll.

Analyze data trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations.

Data & Process Management

Maintain well-structured SharePoint data files for reporting accuracy.

Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements.

Time & Priority Management

Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly tasks within deadlines.

Manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Preferred Competencies

Proven MIS reporting experience.

Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
