We’re launching co-working, furniture & rug lines, and need a hungry Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate leads, convert clients, and build brand presence. If you can turn a cold WhatsApp to “book a tour” and close the deal, you’re our person.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively
generate leads
across all verticals — furniture, rugs, interiors, and co-working — through cold calls, inbound / outbound inquiries, social media engagement, architect tie-ups, and referral networks.
Qualify potential leads , manage follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed clients through effective communication and relationship building.
Maintain and update a lead tracker or CRM
(Google Sheets or equivalent) with accurate records of prospects, pipeline status, and conversion details.
Collaborate with the design and operations team
to identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell interiors, furniture, and rug solutions to existing or potential clients.
Assist in creating and executing marketing initiatives , including digital campaigns, social media posts, reels, mailers, and promotional brochures.
Coordinate marketing collaborations and local events , representing the brand professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Prepare weekly sales and conversion reports
summarizing leads, follow-ups, pipeline updates, and key client feedback.
Contribute actively to
brand awareness and business development strategies , ensuring consistent communication and positioning across all platforms.
Required Skills & Traits
Background in
Sales, Business Development, or Marketing — preferably within the interiors, real estate, or retail industries.
Excellent communication skills
in English (spoken and written) with the ability to engage confidently over calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Result-driven and target-oriented
mindset with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously and close deals efficiently.
Strong follow-up discipline
and an organized approach to maintaining client relationships and data.
Self-motivated and proactive , capable of working independently while aligning with company objectives.
Good aesthetic sense
and understanding of design trends (a plus for furniture / interior-focused clientele).
Proficient in digital tools
such as WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM software, and social media platforms for lead generation and marketing.
Ability to represent the company professionally
in client meetings, industry events, and collaborations.
