Job descriptionExperience supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives with customers. Knowledge of web and related technologies (e.g., HTTP, APIs, XML / HTML), including web application development and integration. Understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique issues and decision-making processes. Identify customer business and academic requirements to architect solutions that integrate EcoLab into their existing infrastructure. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to provide customer feedback, influence the product roadmap, and stay ahead of industry trends. Minimum qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in technical sales, education technology, or a related field.
