Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Cold Calling & Cold Email Specialist to join our sales team. The role is focused on generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and driving pipeline growth by reaching out to potential clients through targeted cold calls and cold email campaigns.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, persistent, and skilled at opening doors with new prospects. You will work closely with our business development and marketing teams to ensure consistent lead flow and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to potential clients across target industries.
• Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences that drive engagement and responses.
• Identify, research, and qualify leads using LinkedIn, CRM, and other prospecting tools.
• Track all outreach activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and book appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align messaging and outreach strategy.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, leads, and conversions.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve targeting.
