Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 5+ years of experience to lead process optimization and automation efforts within our data-intensive environment. This pivotal, on-site role requires a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in software development, particularly in a stack that includes Python, React, Docker, Linux, and Windows. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client requirements and engineering execution, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring the timely delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for 2-3 concurrent technical projects, with a specific focus on process automation, data ingestion pipelines, and software development, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Interface directly with clients to meticulously gather technical requirements and translate them into detailed Statement of Work (SOWs), user stories, and technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks related to the project stack (Python, React, Docker), infrastructure (Linux, Windows), and data workflows.
• Create, assign, and track tasks using project management tools like Jira or Asana, managing agile sprints, backlogs, and project burndown charts to ensure a transparent and efficient workflow.
• Manage the development and delivery of complex GIS or location-based software projects, understanding the unique challenges of geospatial data and real-time processing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across engineering and business units to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on project goals.
