Job description4–6 years of relevant experience in highway / infrastructure engineering. Proven ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in masterplan engineering (linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities). Skilled in formulating options, holistic analysis, and providing sustainable solutions to clients. Awareness or experience in applying sustainability principles to infrastructure engineering. Good IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Civil3D, digital twin, automation . Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Highway or Linear Infrastructure preferred. International exposure (Middle East / UK) is an advantage. Desire for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality work.
Your Next Role
- Work on delivery of multidisciplinary projects with inputs from transport, energy, sustainability, and building engineers.
- Assist the Project Lead / Discipline Lead and support development of junior team members.
- Identify opportunities to grow the team and bring in new skills.
- Prepare designs, drawings, technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
- Provide technical expertise in highway engineering and linear infrastructure projects.
