Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s most important clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and develops strategic partnerships to achieve long-term business objectives
- Own Commercial relationships and P&L for one client
- Identify and close expansion opportunities with existing client.
- Proactively manage renewals and negotiate contracts with client
- Collaborate closely with customer, supplier and internal team.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and inventory planning for smooth execution of contracts.
- MIS reporting to client for the monthly KPI.
- Manage all the functions in the branch like operation, purchase and planning.
Qualifications
Minimum 12+ yearsA previous P&L responsibility is preferable however, proficient understanding and appreciation of Business P&L and Business Standard Commercial Terms and Conditions and Incoterms is a must.Has a solid understanding of the customer's industry and relevant personas and ability to identify appropriate solutions to serve the Customer needsAble to conduct high-level product conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts is a mustYour customer facing skills (written, verbal, and presentation) are impeccable.You're a highly motivated, driven, self-starting individual who knows how to hit the ground running.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing the role as the business evolves.You are a team player, you build your team members up by sharing best practices, testing out new prospecting ideas and work toward achieving the team goals.
