About Precize :

Role Overview :

As an Associate in Product and Growth at Precize, you will play a key role in identifying and solving business challenges, driving product improvements, and fueling product growth. You’ll collaborate across teams, analyze data, and execute experiments that make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze open-ended business challenges across various teams, including operations, product, and customer success.
Interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and identify growth opportunities.
Tackle product and user experience issues through research, critical thinking and rapid iteration.
Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer teams to deliver impactful changes.
Design and execute experiments while tracking metrics and iterating quickly on everything from activation funnels to retention cohorts.
Conduct competitive benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits.
Take full ownership of growth experiments, managing them from ideation to execution.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach.

Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
