About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to support enterprise identity governance initiatives.
• The successful candidate will configure and customize SailPoint connectors to integrate with Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, and REST APIs.
• A key responsibility of this role will be to develop custom connectors and workflows to streamline identity onboarding and provisioning processes.
• The ideal candidate will utilize PowerShell and JSON scripting for automation, configuration, and optimization of identity-related tasks.
• This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SailPoint integrations, connectors, and workflows will also be a critical aspect of this role.
• Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all IAM implementations is essential.
• This individual will provide technical expertise to both senior and mid-level team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and mentorship.
• Ongoing enhancements and upgrades of SailPoint IdentityIQ systems will also be supported by the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will have strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, as well as hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors and custom connector development.
