Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

• Market and place consultants (IT / Non-IT) by identifying and developing new vendor / client relationships.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Work on corp-to-corp (C2C), W2, and 1099 contract requirements.
• Regularly update consultants on market trends, interview feedback, and placement progress.
• Submit qualified consultants against open job requirements through job boards, vendor portals, and networking.
• Negotiate rates with vendors / clients and close the best possible deals.
• Maintain an updated database of consultants and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with consultants for interviews, onboarding, and post-placement support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client / vendor agreements.
