This role is pivotal in transforming education across our partner schools. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, innovative, and has a strong background in curriculum implementation.Key Responsibilities : Program Deployment : Oversee the seamless implementation of NatureNurtures learning programs in partner schools.Customize programs to align with the specific needs and contexts of each school.Training and Support : Train educators on innovative instructional strategies and the effective use of curriculum resources.Provide ongoing support and coaching to teachers to ensure successful program adoption and execution.Monitoring and Evaluation : Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness.Regularly assess program outcomes and make data-driven adjustments to enhance performance.Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment.Conduct workshops and professional development sessions for educators.Leadership and Management : Lead a team of curriculum specialists and coordinators.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and effective program delivery.Key Result Areas (KRAs) : Program Effectiveness : Achieve a minimum 90% satisfaction rate among partner schools regarding program implementation.Ensure at least 85% of teachers report improved instructional practices within the first year of program deployment.Teacher Training and Development : Conduct a minimum of 50 hours of training sessions per school annually.Achieve a certification rate of 95% for teachers trained on the new curriculum.Student Outcomes : Track and report a 20% improvement in student performance metrics within the first year.Ensure consistent use of formative assessment tools to monitor student progress.Stakeholder Collaboration : Facilitate quarterly meetings with school leaders to review progress and address challenges.Develop and distribute monthly newsletters to update stakeholders on program developments.Innovation and Improvement : Introduce at least two new instructional strategies or tools each year based on feedback and research.Continuously refine the curriculum based on the latest educational research and classroom feedback.
