- The Sales Quality Manager is a critical role dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality across sales, application engineering, and customer service functions. This position involves implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the sales scope, conducting regular audits, and coordinating both internal and external audits
- We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Sales Quality Manager. This role will be based in Pune / Bangalore and will report to the Head - OE India Sales.
Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role)
Implement QMS for related scope (Sales / Application Engineering / Customer Service)Conduct regular audits to ensure sales processes align with organizational standardsCoordinate / Support Internal (QT13) and LRQA auditCoordinate / Support customer audit (PPAP / Complaint / Process sign off / Run at Rate )Train / coach for related scope (QMS / Quality Technics / Tools etc), including e-learningReport Customer Satisfaction / customer scorecardSupport to risk assessments (at Automotive level, in ETO projects .)Support to secure that Management of Changes are properly handled (Customer Communication and Requirements (PPAP, DVP )To drive and monitor Cost of non-Quality process for Sales to achieve the targetTo drive Customer Quality escalations with factories or other related areaRequirements (or We expect you to have / be)
Quality Assurance and Management.
