- Leading School of Business team of Career Services Officers to achieve Years targets for Placements and Internships.
- Preparing the strategy for effective search of business development leads and prospective recruitment partners.
- Responsible for hunting and nurturing potential partners, specifically BIG Marquee Brands.
- Meeting with CXO, CHRO, and key decision makers from BIG Marquee Brands for placements and internships of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Work Closely with School Heads and Deans to understand their placement / internship requirements and plan accordingly.
- Ensuring that the team has a steady pipeline of prospective recruiters on weekly / monthly basis from the team.
- Drive sector focused placements through self and team.
- Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of recruiting partners’ business goals, the organization’s business goals and current marketplace trends.
- Analyze trends, monitor progress of team and adapt and iterate strategies to attain placement goals.
- Coordiante with other school heads to attain the University Placement Goals.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
- High level of Interpersonal and networking skills
- Good exposure / presence in social networking platforms.
- Excellent Communication Skills with Strong Presentation Abilities, must be an out of the box thinker and excellent team player
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in stretched timelines.
- Manage and coordinate with internal stake holders (Director, Dean, Cluster Heads for Placements, internship and student preparation support)
- Any other responsibility that may arise.
