‍ About the Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with deep product sensibility and startup DNA to join our core team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping Simploy’s simulation engine, user experience, and AI integrations.

This role isn’t just about building features — it's about reimagining how people experience work.

What You’ll Do Build and scale core features of Simploy’s AI simulation engine

Design interactive, gamified user flows for candidates, recruiters, and colleges

Integrate OpenAI APIs to enable smart simulations and teammate interactions

Architect real-time feedback systems, dashboards, and analytics layers

Work with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage) to manage data & infra

Optimize performance, security, and scalability

Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to rapidly ship and iterate

Lead decisions on tech architecture, tooling, and workflows

⚙️ Tech Stack Frontend : React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Vercel

Backend : Node.js, Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Storage)

AI & NLP : OpenAI GPT-4o, Claude, ElevenLabs (text-to-speech)

DevOps : GitHub, Vercel, GCP (optional)

✅ You’re a Fit If You... Have 3–6 years of full-stack experience (startup or product-led roles preferred)

Have shipped scalable, user-facing web apps from scratch

Think like a product owner, not just a developer

Have experience working with AI APIs (bonus, not mandatory)

Love clean code, ownership, and building things that scale

Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments
