Manager - US IT Recruitment

Roles and responsibilities :

• Managing sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US-based clients.
• Expertise in understanding of the US job market and US work authorizations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.
• Experience working with US-based direct clients and understanding of current IT trends and emerging technologies in the US market.
• Key skillset :
• Must have experience in US IT recruitment.
• Must have experience in hiring in US market and US employment authorizations.
