Position Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and ambitious Business Development Executive with a strong focus on outbound sales to join our business growth team. This role is critical to expanding ElevateDigi’s client base and revenue through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing services, possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to drive lead generation and client acquisition independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business opportunities through targeted prospecting across industries and geographies
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other direct channels to initiate contact with decision-makers
- Present ElevateDigi’s digital marketing solutions in a compelling manner, tailored to the prospective client’s business objectives and pain points
- Qualify leads, schedule and conduct discovery meetings, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transition from sales to execution
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation, pipeline status, and sales performance to the leadership team
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and virtual meetings to represent ElevateDigi and generate brand visibility when required
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related service industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIsStrong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and branding solutionsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAdept at cold outreach and comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makersHighly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and productivity toolsPreferred Qualifications :
