Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technology with 12+ years of experience to lead enterprise software development and testing capability, to support the business. The candidate should be a seasoned Senior Technical Leader with expertise in system architecture, development, release management, support and agile / scrum delivery as well as an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee end-to-end project deliveries and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. - Technical and Delivery Leadership :
- Set technical direction and architectural standards across engineering teams.

Overall,12 years' experience with minimum 8 years in team management, technology delivery and proven industry experience in leadership role preferably from Financial Services industry.Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment using technologies like Dot Net, Azure Cloud, SQL, Automation & AI, CI / CD pipelines, Terraform, Infrastructure as code, Data Warehouse, Appian, Python and PowerShell.Experience in resolving technical / functional complexities related to design, development, testing, releases, and support tasks.Proven experience leading teams in an Agile / Scrum environmentExperience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience working in a Global Capability Centre (GCCs) set up, that involves interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Personal Attributes
