ERP Implementation & Operations Coordinator (Manesar Office)

Location : Manesar (on-site)

Experience : 1–3 years (ERP or manufacturing operations)

Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or similar

Role Overview :

We’re implementing a new ERP system to modernize operations across departments. We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can bridge the gap between shopfloor operations and digital systems — ensuring smooth adoption, accuracy, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate ERP implementation across departments (production, stores, purchase, dispatch).
• Train and support employees on ERP usage; ensure data is updated daily.
• Monitor inward / outward entries, job orders, and production tracking.
• Liaise with ERP vendor to resolve technical or user-level issues.
• Ensure all reports (production, stock, purchase, etc.) are generated through ERP.
• Create SOPs and checklists for consistent data entry and process compliance.
• Work closely with management to improve system efficiency and employee adaptation.
