Job Title : Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Manager

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CMDB Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and development of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

This role involves defining and implementing effective Configuration Management processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and collaborating with multiple teams to support robust IT Service Management (ITSM) operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, maintain, and continually develop the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Oversee the Configuration Items (CIs) within the CMDB, ensuring accurate categorization, class, hierarchy, and relationship management.
• Define and implement robust Configuration Management processes aligned with organizational policies and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CI records through structured and effective change management processes.
• Conduct frequent audits of CMDB data, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Work collaboratively with other ASPIRE Managed Service teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Configuration Management with other ITSM processes.
• Generate accurate, timely reports on Configuration Items for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Continuously monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of the Configuration Management practices and processes.
