Role Overview

We are seeking talented Flutter Engineers with 3–8 years of experience, ranging from Senior to Lead level, to join our team. You will be responsible for building robust healthcare applications using Flutter with BLoC state management and clean architecture principles. This role provides the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, from hands-on development to technical leadership, while solving challenging problems in healthcare and contributing to innovative, life-impacting technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Implement Flutter Bloc for state management within a clean architecture framework.
• Apply clean architecture principles and design patterns to ensure scalable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain code quality.
• Integrate with native libraries using FFI (Foreign Function Interface) for advanced functionalities.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver fully integrated healthcare solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high-quality codebase.
