Responsibilities

• Designing & execution of employee and partner campaigns
• Planning & execution of annual loyalty programs & flagship events of channel partners
• Well experienced in Events & MICE, both Domestic & International
• Tracking of expenses for cost control
• Corporate gifting solution for events and campaigns
• Marketing communications for promoting campaign updates and benefits
• Vendor management and their agreements
• Identify cost affecting factors & analyze ways to reduce the expenses to control the budget
• Analyzing and adopting the best innovations in the event ecosystem
• TDS & Audit support for Domestic & International conferences

Qualifications

Experience - 5- 7 yrs in Rewards and Recognition
