Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier 1 college . 2+ years of backend development experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably a startup). Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages : Node.js, Python, Go, or Java . Experience with frameworks such as Express, Django, or Spring Boot . Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design . Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL / NoSQL). Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure . Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines is a plus. Exposure to distributed systems and large-scale applications. Experience in an early-stage startup or building products from scratch. Passion for innovation, ownership, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system uptime.
