Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the MD & CEO's office, liaising with executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage the MD & CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences, and ensuring optimal time management.
  • Coordinate board meetings and high-level events, including logistics, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the MD & CEO and visiting delegates.
  • Manage information flow with discretion, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and executive briefs.
  • Maintain databases, filing systems, and other administrative records for efficient office management.
  • Support internal and external stakeholder management through effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist with event coordination, speaker correspondence, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks to support the MD & CEO's office and ensure seamless operations.
