Key Responsibilities :
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Develop short-form videos, reels, and visual assets for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Assist in planning and managing the content calendar to align with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, and Employer Branding teams to deliver creative, cross-functional campaigns.
- Conduct market and trend research to discover new opportunities for audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications :
Master's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or related fields.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.Basic proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Buffer, or similar platforms.Understanding of SEO principles, content strategy, and emerging social media trends.Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
