About the Role :
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager II to lead the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery for SearchUnify, our cutting-edge AI-powered cognitive search platform. This is a pivotal leadership role ideal for a high-caliber product professional who thrives at the intersection of innovation, user-centric design, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS environment.
As a senior member of the Product team, you will own the full product lifecyclefrom market intelligence and roadmap definition to backlog refinement and Agile deliveryensuring seamless alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. You will work collaboratively with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, customer success, and professional services teams to drive measurable outcomes that accelerate customer value and business growth.
Key Strategy & Vision :
- Define and evolve the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer feedback. Drive long-term product vision with a focus on innovation, scalability, and competitive differentiation.
Market & Competitive Intelligence :
Conduct deep market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer interviews to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends in the AI search and enterprise SaaS landscape.Lifecycle Management :
Own and optimize the full product lifecycle using structured PLM principles. Ensure successful concept-to-launch execution with clear milestones and metrics.Agile Product Execution :
= Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with engineering and UX to translate business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.Go-to-Market Strategy :
Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define GTM strategies, launch plans, enablement assets, and strategic messaging for new features and product bundles.Cross-Functional Leadership :
Act as the product evangelist across internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities, feature trade-offs, and customer commitments. Champion the voice of the customer at every stage.Innovation & Differentiation :
Drive forward-thinking feature innovation while continuously optimizing time-to-value, usability, and platform performance. Evaluate new technologies and frameworks that enhance SearchUnifys market position.Quality, Compliance & Documentation :
Ensure product excellence through internal testing, usability checks, and documentation. Oversee the creation of deployment guides, configuration manuals, and training materials. Ensure alignment with global compliance standards (e.g., accessibility, localization, data privacy).Required Skills & Experience :
7-10 years of progressive experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS, AI / ML, or enterprise platformsProven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research to post-launch optimizationExpertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional deliveryStrong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with a data-informed approach to decision-makingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder alignment and executive reportingDeep understanding of go-to-market frameworks, customer journey mapping, and value proposition designProficient in modern product and collaboration tools : JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Tableau / Power BIExperience managing cross-functional, matrixed teams in a fast-paced product organizationAbility to balance customer empathy with business impact, and drive innovation through iterative learning(ref : iimjobs.com)
