Job Description :

To provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and overall management of

the Copper & Aluminium Wire Manufacturing plants. The role focuses on driving

productivity, efficiency, quality, cost optimization, compliance, and employee

engagement to ensure smooth and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plant Operations Management

• Lead end-to-end operations of all the manufacturing plants, including

production, maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain, human resources,

and EHS (Environment, Health &Safety).
