Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter, located in Jaipur. The IT Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for technical roles. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop a pipeline of qualified candidates, and effectively communicate with potential hires. Responsibilities also include managing recruitment databases, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals
• Strong knowledge of hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems, and candidate evaluation
• Understanding of various technologies, including FullStack, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Cloud
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and deliver recruitment solutions
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking
• Previous experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring is an advantage
