Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Laundry Manager. The Laundry Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily laundry operations, managing staff, ensuring quality and timely laundry services, budgeting, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and continuously improving efficiency and service standards.

• Experience in Laundry operations and services
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
