About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations and bookkeeping tasks, with added value if experienced in business development. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth internal operations and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records using Zoho People .
- Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll processes using Zoho Payroll .
- Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Daily bookkeeping and accounting entries in Zoho Books .Manage vendor payments, invoicing, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.Assist with monthly financial reports, tax filings, and statutory compliance.Coordinate with external accountants / auditors when required.Optional - Business Development (Added Advantage)
Assist in client communication and proposals.Support sales or marketing activities when needed.Maintain leads database or CRM entries if involved.Key Requirements
Work Mode : Full-time, Work from Office (Rajkot)Experience : Minimum 1-3 years in HR and accounting rolesProficient in Zoho People , Zoho Books , and Zoho PayrollBasic knowledge of MS Excel and Google SheetsExcellent organisational and communication skillsAttention to detail and confidentialitySelf-driven and reliableBonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
