Job Summary

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect / Lead.
• Experience in IBM Cloud platforms and WatsonX
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java
• Strong understanding of ML and LLMs and applying these principles in a variety of business applications
• Demonstrated success in overseeing the implementation of architectural solutions from conception to delivery.
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated success in guiding engineering teams to success
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficient with one or more project management tools – Jira, Git, Aha, etc.
• Experience with agile software development
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in working with large teams distributed across geographical locations and time zones
