Communication Skills : Strong written communication skills and clear verbal skills to ask questions, review quality and participate in meetings

Customer Service Skills : Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery

Advanced SQL skills with expertise in descriptive and diagnostic analysis

Experience with reporting and visualization tools

Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools
