Days : Monday - Friday

We are conducting a Walk-In Drive for seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our expanding recruitment team at C Ahead Technologies.

If you have hands-on experience hiring across IT, Digital, Engineering, Corporate & Professional roles, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-regional talent environment, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage complete hiring lifecycle across IT & Non-IT roles
• Drive domestic and international hiring (India, GCC, Africa, US, UK, Europe)
• Conduct screening, evaluations, interview coordination & offer discussions

Sourcing & Talent Intelligence

Source candidates via job portals, social platforms, networking & passive search

Talent mapping, headhunting & market insights for niche and senior roles

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs

Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration

Partner with hiring managers to understand role priorities

Coordinate across HR and Delivery teams for staffing requirements

Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and weekly hiring updates

Candidate Experience

Ensure transparent communication & timely follow-ups

Maintain a smooth and positive hiring journey for candidates

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

4–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT + Non-IT)

Experience in domestic + international hiring

Strong sourcing, screening, talent mapping & headhunting capability

Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & MS Office

Behavioral Strengths

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple open roles at once

Strong coordination, prioritization & stakeholder management

Eligibility

4 – 10 years of hands-on recruitment experience

Exposure to global talent hiring preferred

Graduate degree in HR or equivalent (Preferred but not mandatory)
