Role Description

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include :

Producing detailed construction drawings and documentation

Creating 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs

Supporting design development with concepts, palettes, and material selections

Drafting plans, elevations, millwork details, and presentation boards

Coordinating with internal team members and ensuring timely project delivery

Assisting with mood boards, sourcing, and FF&E documentation (for design roles)

Qualifications

Strong understanding of architecture and interior design principles

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3D rendering software (role-specific)

Excellent attention to detail and strong visualization skills

Relevant degree or diploma (Architecture / Interior Design)
