AI Research and Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the data science team, setting technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery of AI-driven features.
• Design and develop machine learning models for candidate assessment, natural language understanding, and predictive hiring analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Oversee data strategy — including data collection, cleaning, labeling, and pipeline optimization.
• Implement model monitoring and performance evaluation frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and robustness.
• Research and prototype new approaches in NLP, voice analysis, and AI ethics in hiring.
• Present insights and findings to senior leadership, translating technical outputs into business impact.
