Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Aruba Network & Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade wireless and network solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Aruba Wireless (ClearPass / CPPM) along with a solid foundation in Cisco routing and switching.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage Aruba-based wireless LAN and enterprise mobility solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) for network access control.
Develop and optimize Aruba traffic flows and perform certificate-based authentication troubleshooting.
Provide operations and maintenance support, handle incident and change management through ticketing systems.
Lead and support LAN / WAN network design using Cisco routing and switching technologies.
Conduct validation, testing, and deployment of wireless solutions.
Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure high performance, reliability, and security of network infrastructure.
Stay updated on the latest HPE-Aruba technologies, attending design reviews, workshops, and training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience :

12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years focused on networking.

Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless Solutions (ACMA, ACMP, or higher preferred).

Proficient with ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) and network access control design.

Solid knowledge of Cisco routing and switching.

Strong understanding of LAN / WAN architectures, cloud networking, and wireless security.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications :

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Active Cisco CCNA certification (mandatory).

Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP) and Aruba Wireless Certification (ACMA / ACMP) are highly preferred.
