Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North West Delhi Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura. The Semi-qualified CS will be responsible for handling various compliance tasks, including company incorporation, IP Laws, Fema Compliances , Agreements drafting, taxation, and regulatory filings. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing legal documents, maintaining statutory records, handling company secretarial functions, and assisting with compliance audits. The role also involves regular communication with clients to ensure all compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company incorporation and compliance management
• Experience in statutory record maintenance and handling company secretarial functions
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and review
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with AI-enabled compliance management platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or semi-qualified CS (Company Secretary)
